Job summary

Brose Group in Michigan is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to lead electrical, mechanical, and PLC maintenance in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will coordinate activities to maximize equipment availability and support maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing automated systems, leading root cause analyses, programming and commissioning Siemens PLCs, and executing preventive maintenance in CMMS/SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills (Siemens preferred), with commissioning experience.
• Experience with SAP PM and knowledge of ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance to maximize equipment availability and support technicians.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Program, commission, and maintain PLC systems and automation equipment.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance in CMMS/SAP PM.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Coordinate activities with production, engineering, and external providers.
