Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, groundskeeping or related trades is required.
• Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry or related systems is a plus.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and other areas as needed.
• Ensure property meets company standards and applicable laws.
• Keep the apartment community clean and orderly.
