Chuze Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tucson, AZ to ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and facilities, directly impacting member experience and operational success.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs on fitness equipment, and collaborate with the facilities team and across departments, using CMMS/BMS/EMS systems to manage work orders and reporting. Travel within the market is required to support multiple clubs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years in an MEP trade or building engineering.
• Experience with CMMS and BMS/EMS control systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical/lighting, and MEP systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment and facilities.
• Operate CMMS to run reports, manage work orders, and coordinate with contractors.
• Review and prioritize maintenance to minimize member disruption.
• Travel within the market to train and support clubs.
• Maintain inventory and assist in administrative tasks.
