Chuze Fitness in Tucson is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep equipment, facilities, and safety standards at a high level. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair fitness equipment, and work with the facilities team to support member experience.

The role requires 7+ years in MEP trades, CMMS/BMS experience, strong HVAC and electrical knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel within the district and to clubs as needed are expected. Generous benefits and 401k offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a MEP trade, journeyman, or building engineer.
• Experience using CMMS and knowledge of BMS/EMS control systems.
• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical/lighting and MEP systems.
• Strong analytical problem solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fitness equipment and facilities.
• Work with facilities team and other departments to support operations.
• Use CMMS to run reports, manage work orders, and coordinate services.
• Identify service needs and prioritize critical repairs to minimize member disruption.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Travel within the market to support multiple clubs as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in inventory management.
