Job summary

FCC Environmental Services is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Roseville, CA facility. You will be responsible for the complete maintenance and scheduled repairs of fixed equipment in the Material Recovery Facility and C&D Waste Facility.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills, and experience with conveyors. Proficiency with welding and oxy/acetylene torches, CMMS, and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with conveyors and manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in welding processes and oxy/acetylene torch use.
• Knowledge of CMMS software and preventive maintenance practices.
• Valid driver’s license and mechanical/trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on recycling and C&D equipment.
• Replace belts, motors, hydraulic cylinders and worn parts.
• Maintain inventories and order parts as needed.
• Fabricate repair parts and weld using appropriate methods.
• May repair/install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.
• Adhere to safety policies and work at heights when required.
