Job summary
White Lodging’s Hotel Trinity in Austin, launching in late 2026, seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to uphold WL, Brand, and Guest standards. You will read blueprints, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and support the Chief Engineer in overseeing hotel engineering operations.

Qualifications
- Reads and interprets blueprints, specifications and operating instructions.
- Basic safety and security knowledge required.
- 1–3 years of related hotel facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure hotel maintenance and upkeep standards meet WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
- Assist Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering aspects of the hotel.
- Perform repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work safely and neatly.
- Provide advice and support to other engineers as needed.
- Identify and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing issues.
- Coordinate materials, tools and supplies; keep supervisors informed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
