Pacific Seafood is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Charleston to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on repairing and maintaining buildings, tools, and equipment, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The incumbent will manage preventive maintenance, mentor others, and coordinate with engineering for optimizations. The ideal candidate has at least five years in maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in maintenance and repair operations.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex maintenance issues and repairs.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior technicians and share advanced repair techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize equipment performance.
