Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support maintenance and repair of buildings, tools, and equipment at the Warrenton facility. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in maintenance, strong problem-solving and mentoring skills, and experience with CMMS. The position reports to Richard Long and offers a competitive hourly wage and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least five years of maintenance/repair experience.
• Preferred: advanced certifications in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical.
• Experience with CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex maintenance and repair issues, with advanced problem-solving and technical expertise.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Mentor and train junior technicians in advanced repair techniques and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Act as liaison between production teams and management to communicate maintenance-related issues and progress.
