Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical systems.
• 3+ years experience managing maintenance teams.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance (manufacturing or seafood).
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the maintenance team.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and CMMS system.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage department budget and drive cost reductions.
• Coordinate with third-party refrigeration contractors.
• Travel to other plants for support as needed.
