Qualifications

• Follow ABB safety policies and EHS requirements.
• Apply lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe-work practices.
• Identify unsafe conditions before returning equipment to production.
• Promote a safety-first culture and safe work practices.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring equipment failures.
• Support startups, changeovers, and line recovery.
• Maintain equipment, tooling, sensors, and safety devices.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: follow ABB policies and safety requirements.
• Technical troubleshooting and repairs: diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance: execute PM/PMm and ensure CMMS work orders are completed.
• Shift leadership: act as senior technical resource on the shift and coordinate maintenance priorities.
• Training and technician development: mentor and train maintenance staff across shifts.
• Continuous improvement: identify downtime, reliability issues, and implement improvements.
