Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose complex systems, lead large repairs, and mentor junior technicians. You will manage advanced diagnostics, oversee projects, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating vendors and ordering supplies.

The role requires extensive trade proficiency, EPA/CPO certifications, and a willingness to work nights or on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience required).
• Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements with code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
• Coordinate vendors for specialized work.
