This full-time role requires at least 5 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints and manuals; boilers license and CPO are required or will be obtained; EPA certification for refrigerants is preferred.

The Maintenance Tech III will collaborate closely with property management teams to address tenant concerns promptly and maintain high standards of property appearance and functionality. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalated, thereby supporting tenant satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, the Maintenance Tech III contributes significantly to the overall value and reputation of the properties managed by delivering expert technical support and maintenance services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
