Job summary

Plansee Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead diagnostics, repairs, and continuous improvement across production and facility equipment. The role offers an hourly wage, starting at $33-$38 per hour, with experience-based wages.

The successful candidate will diagnose complex failures, source parts, perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and lead preventive maintenance initiatives while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes.
• Research and source appropriate repair parts.
• Perform advanced repairs on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects.
