Job summary

Anchor Hocking, LLC. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair Injection M molding machines, supporting equipment and facilities. The role requires reading schematics and following standardized work instructions while maintaining safety and quality on the production floor.

The position involves rotating 12-hour shifts (7am–7:30pm and 7pm–7:30am) and supervising maintenance tasks, with opportunities to train others and implement process improvements on the line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow Standardized Work Instructions.
• Strong verbal interpersonal communication.
• Intermediate reading and writing (12th grade level).
• Basic math including handling multiples of 10 and 100.
• Ability to read weights and measures.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and blueprints.
• Good judgment and decision‑making; asks for help when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; organize and store equipment and tools.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings and blueprints.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and vendors.
• Operate maintenance equipment (mill, bandsaw, drills) and train others.
• Follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Order parts/materials as needed.
• Set up part removal robots for production operations.
