Job summary

Igloo Products Corp is seeking a Technician III – Maintenance to repair and rebuild hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical controlled production equipment. Reading electrical schematics and hydraulic drawings is essential.

In this role you will troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance, dismantle defective machines, install parts, and maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop while practicing 5S. Weekend and night shifts required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Minimum of five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift.
• English language skills: read/write/speak/understand English.
• Physical: lift up to 60 lbs, weekends and night shifts, ability to work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.
• Layout and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic pipe systems and equipment.
• Keep maintenance shop neat and organized; perform 5S daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
