Signode is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep production and operations running safely and efficiently. You will service and repair complex equipment and ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years of mechanical maintenance experience, knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, welding skills (MIG/ARC), and the ability to read schematics. The role includes day and night 12-hour shifts with competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience.
• Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments.
• Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.
• Must have knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders.
• Forklifts and scissor lift driving experience is preferred.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders.
• Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance.
• Report findings to management after maintenance.
• Fix electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.
• Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs or changes.
• Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.
• Respond quickly to safety concerns and rectify dangers.
• Communicate issues with group leaders and maintenance manager.
