Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Idaho to perform preventive maintenance on distribution center hardware using CMMS and manufacturer recommendations. You will work with a Maintenance Technician to conduct preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks on highly automated equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and strong knowledge of electrical power, motors, sensors, PLCs, and industrial environments.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance certification and 2+ years in facilities maintenance; or 4+ years in related environments.
Knowledge of electrical power (single/three-phase), motors, protective devices, and sensors.
Some experience with PLC logic and programming and PLC data transfer.
Experience with equipment sensors, PLCs, I/O modules, and servo/drive systems.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance on DC hardware per CMMS worksheets and maker guidelines.
Collaborates with Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on highly automated equipment.
Maintains a safe workplace by reporting and addressing safety concerns regarding material-handling gear.
