Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing production equipment.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Use tools to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment.
• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs with efficiency and accuracy.
• Schedule and perform scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production machines.
• Read and interpret manuals, orders, blueprints, and schematics for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and policies.
• Provide instructions for tooling and equipment modifications.
• Source tooling and parts with management approval.
• Set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Assist in maintenance of facility systems and utilities.
• May guide entry level technicians.
