Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team. A background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical concepts and the ability to work independently and in a team are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic shop mathematics (add/sub/mul/div)
• Read and record dimensions of equipment/parts
• Sketch custom parts/tools
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic malfunctions
• Use powered and non-powered hand tools
• Read/write memos, emails, and correspondence
• Work with maintenance records and preventive schedules
• Hold a valid Class C Driver's License
• Read technical documentation for equipment to be maintained/repaired
• Experience with Outlook and basic computer skills
• Desire to learn to use lift equipment
• Access tight spaces to work on equipment

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and power tools to install, set up, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment and building systems.
• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance of production equipment.
• Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for assigned equipment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
• Assist in maintenance of facility systems and utilities.
