Tidewater Maintenance in Hampton, VA is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to perform advanced maintenance tasks, troubleshoot appliances, and support residents and properties under supervision. This full-time, non-exempt role follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will read work orders, source parts, and complete projects on time while upholding safety standards and the company’s One and Done approach. A valid driver’s license and six years of multi-trade experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six years of experience in multiple maintenance trades.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Reads, understands, and completes Work Orders promptly.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs appliances and maintenance issues.
• Operates hand tools and power tools safely.
• Maintains organized work areas and accurate records.
• Communicates with residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Follows OSHA and company safety standards.
