Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, and faucets.
• Replace electrical fixtures and prevent electric hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all systems such as HVAC.
