Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, CO is seeking an experienced Advanced Maintenance Technician to keep our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems running smoothly across the property. This is a hands-on role for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in reliable, well-documented work and enjoys solving problems that keep guests, owners, and team members comfortable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HVAC, mechanical, or general maintenance experience, including work on boilers and chillers.
• Construction or building trades experience preferred.
• EPA 608 certification required or ability to obtain.
• CPO certification required or ability to obtain.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to maximize reliability and equipment life.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing system issues.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain boilers, chillers, pumps, fan coil units, make-up air units, water heaters, and related systems.
• Support mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment at Golden Peak and Manor Vail Lodge.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time, documenting labor, materials, and equipment history.
• Identify potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to support repairs and projects.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
