Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing or electrical work required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets and showers.
• Replace breakers, ballast and other electrical fixtures; address hazards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on units, common areas and grounds.
