Job summary

White Lodging in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and hotel facilities, following safety and quality standards. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot malfunctions, document work performed, and coordinate with engineering leadership to keep all areas in good repair.

Prior hotel facilities maintenance experience is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, specs, and operating instructions.
• Experience in hotel facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to document work with logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel's maintenance meets WL, Brand, and Guest standards.
• Assist Chief Engineer in overseeing Engineering functions.
• Perform repairs and installations safely and neatly.
• Identify mechanical failures and coordinate parts on order.
