Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws.
• Team members may need to use own smartphone for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections for repairs or replacements.
• Assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Service Manager.
