• Adhere to scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair powered industrial trucks and fire safety systems.
• Communicate workload deviations and planned downtime to operations.
• Escalate issues needing attention to support operations.
• All other duties as assigned.
