Job summary

Neovia Logistics Services (NLS) in Greenfield, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Associate for the 3:30pm–1:30am shift. The role involves heavy cleaning, preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs to keep the facility in clean, working, and orderly condition.

Responsibilities include painting, landscaping, pest control, drywall and concrete patching, power washing, and monitoring fire safety systems.

Qualifications

High school education, or GED equivalent.
3+ years of Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform general facility maintenance tasks including painting, landscaping, janitorial duties, pest control, drywall patching, concrete patching, and power washing.
Adhere to and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
Monitor, maintain, and repair all Powered Industrial Trucks.
Monitor all Fire Safety Systems and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Proactively coordinate workload needs that deviate from plan.
Communicate anticipated downtime to operations when repairs are required.
Escalate issues to support Operations as needed.
Continually monitor workload for maintenance personnel during the shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
