Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems, install and adjust equipment, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The role requires reading manuals and blueprints, maintaining CMMS records, and contributing to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Trade school or apprenticeship certification preferred.
• Experience: minimum four years in maintenance in manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-mechanical systems.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and drawings to perform maintenance; inspect and replace components as needed.
• Maintain CMMS records; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams; support safety and Lean initiatives.
