Job summary

Cindavi is seeking a General Maintenance Technician 3 for its Fontana, CA site. This hands-on role requires troubleshooting production equipment, reading electrical schematics, and driving projects from start to finish.

You will work on PLC-connected systems, VFDs, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and facility infrastructure, with opportunities to lead and mentor on shift. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
5+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
Strong electrical troubleshooting on single- and three-phase systems (24V/120V/480V).
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, conduit, wiring, panels, and production machinery.
Welding experience (oxy-acetylene and arc).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems in production equipment and facilities.
Read schematics, blueprints, manuals, and specifications to diagnose issues and complete installations.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, identify hazards, and implement fixes.
Install and test conduit, wiring, panels, VFDs, and other components per codes and safety rules.
Repair, replace, weld, and fabricate components using tools and shop equipment.
Serve as a senior technician and provide backup shift leadership.
