Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment at our Elkhart, IN facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, support electrical and mechanical systems, and help ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, plus PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; plastics/rubber experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on PLC troubleshooting; PLC programming a plus.
• Read blueprints/schematics; proficient with CMMS and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC-controlled equipment issues.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance documentation in compliance with safety and quality procedures.
