Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic electrical skills including motor control, distribution, and machinery installation; mechanical skills for repairs.
• Ability to write/document procedures, reports, and correspondences.
• Passion for SHD Composite Materials; friendly, flexible team player with can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out breakdown, planned and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Install and upkeep of main production and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic faults and perform repairs as needed.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain spares inventory and housekeeping; support continuous improvement.
