Job summary

Hader Solutions, based in Vermont, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across facility systems. Responsibilities include servicing pumps, hydraulics, conveyors, and electrical gear, documenting work in CMMS, and adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires at least 4 years in maintenance with 2+ years in electrical troubleshooting and VFDs, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in electrical troubleshooting, control voltages and VFDs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on pumps, heavy mobile equipment, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, conveyors, gear reducers, and bearings.
• Document work and conditions using maintenance software.
• Operate tools and equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and power tools.
• Interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
