Shift Schedule: 7a - 3:30p, with possible OT.
Salary: $30 - 32/hour.

Senior Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Utilize MVP to manage the maintenance program.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions.
- Set up an effective maintenance stores, shop and lubrication standard/facility for the site.
- Lead in the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
Senior Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
