Lignetics is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for day shift operations. This role involves advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as leading and mentoring junior technicians. Candidates should have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Job Type: Full Time.

Shift Schedule: 7a - 3:30p, with possible OT.

Salary: $30 - 32/hour.

Senior Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Utilize MVP to manage the maintenance program.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize machine performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and manage corrective actions.
• Set up an effective maintenance stores, shop and lubrication standard/facility for the site.
• Lead in the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
