Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; two-year degree in maintenance trade preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience; CNC programming and welding preferred.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge with electrical and building skills.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor systems and production machinery.
• Execute major equipment repairs, fabrication, construction, and installation projects including welding to food-safe standards.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using precision tools and schematics.
• Fabricate and maintain plant components using lathes, shears, benders, and welding equipment.
• Provide training to production teams on maintenance best practices.
