Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large buildings and industrial systems, providing preventive maintenance and repairs. You will work within Engineering and Technical Services to support equipment and systems, following CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities include evaluating work orders, leading by example, and ensuring safety standards are met while maintaining high-quality service across facilities in the Seattle area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Diagnose problems, inspect, and carry out repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
