The Texas Health and Human Services Commission in Waco is seeking a Maintenance Specialist IV to oversee advanced restoration, renovation, and building maintenance at the Waco Center for Youth. You will perform inspections, repairs, and systems maintenance, manage work orders, and support disaster response and COOP activation when needed. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections, adjustments, maintenance and repair work on building systems and components for multiple trades.
• Maintains and repairs fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems and related components.
• Manages work orders, project paperwork, and materials requisitions; tracks records and materials.
