Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp is seeking a Production Maintenance professional to maintain and operate production plant equipment, systems, buildings and utilities across the U.S. The role requires installing, testing, repairing and troubleshooting automation and control systems, interfacing with CMMS for asset tracking and working with the Maintenance Supervisor on projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years working as a maintenance or service technician.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on or with automation controls equipment.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis; occasional lifting more than 70 lbs.
Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
There will be a 60-day training/qualifying period.

Responsibilities

Install, test, adjust, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot operation systems and components.
Interface with plant CMMS to track asset condition and parts inventory.
Work with the Maintenance Supervisor on projects to ensure they are completed properly and safely.
Troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant automation systems including HMIs, VFDs, motors, PLCs and sensors.
