MAT Holdings, Inc. (MAT HD, LLC) is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift at our Rome, GA facility. The role covers electrical, hydraulics, welding and fabrication to maximize machine uptime and efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams to support production goals. Hours are 5:00 pm–3:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities. Wage starts between $26.00–$32.00 per hour based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical skills including welding and fabrication.
• Must be willing to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently repairs machinery with attention to detail to improve performance.
• Identify repair needs before breakdowns occur.
• Provide guidance during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with operations and warehouse to prioritize actions.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment and uphold standards.
