MAT HD, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Dallas. Hours are 3:00 pm–1:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime options. The role focuses on maintenance of machinery, electrical and hydraulic systems, welding, and fabrication to maximize efficiency.

The incumbent will work with engineering, purchasing, and production, and participate in a career advancement program with benefits including PTO, 401(k) match, and a comprehensive insurance package.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; 6+ years maintenance experience.
Proficient in electrical and mechanical skills including pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, fabrication.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

Efficiently repair machinery to improve efficiency and reliability.
Proactively identify repair needs before breakdowns.
Assist troubleshooting and provide guidance.
Evaluate cost-effective maintenance options and collaborate with operations.
