Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or technical degree, 5–10 years in industrial maintenance, experience with electrical gear and CMMS, and strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• AS or AAS Electrical/Electronic Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or AS/BS in Electronics Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
• Five to ten (5-10) years of professional experience in maintenance disciplines.
• Adaptability, methodical/analytical problem solving skills, and employee leadership skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic typing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operates preventive maintenance to ensure operation of machinery and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions using diagrams, manuals, and test instruments.
• Documents maintenance actions and parts in SAP CMMS.
• Supports root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment and adheres to safety procedures.
