Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or technical certificate is highly preferred.
5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance task development.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Maintain bearings, belts, lubrication, inspections, and equipment cleaning.
Identify critical preventive maintenance tasks and implement them into CMMS.
Support TPM activities with production teams.
Install, start up, maintain, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
Diagnose failures with diagnostic tools (multimeters, tachometers, calipers).
Maintain safety and order in the work area.
