Job summary

MAT HD, a unit of MAT Holdings Inc., seeks a maintenance technician to support daily maintenance activities at the Dallas facility. The role focuses on maximizing uptime, reducing costs, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across electrical, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication tasks.

You will work with engineers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to maintain equipment, train junior staff, and execute preventative maintenance programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Operate forklifts and repair/upgrade material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Perform maintenance using hand and power tools; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently repairs machinery and improves efficiency.
• Identify repair needs before breakdowns.
