Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Maintenance Technician role with advanced troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and guide others.
• Strong reliability focus, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting of complex equipment issues and act as main technical resource.
• Drive safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation; eliminate failure points.
• Ensure detailed CMMS documentation of PMs and corrective maintenance.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to boost plant reliability.
• Mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians; share knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Planners, and Supervisors to prioritize work and plan shutdowns.
• Maintain housekeeping in all areas; assist in other maintenance areas as needed.
