Job summary

Wildeck, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on facility equipment. You will help plan and execute a preventative maintenance program while using predictive technologies to avoid breakdowns.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and a collaborative approach to support safe, reliable operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including daily interaction with various associates and multiple levels within the manufacturing environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.

Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Physical requirements include regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Twisting, turning, grasping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, pulling, and extended periods of standing/walking.
