Job summary

Wildeck, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on facility equipment. You will help plan and execute a preventative maintenance program while using predictive technologies to avoid breakdowns.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, and a collaborative approach to support safe, reliable operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including daily interaction with various associates and multiple levels within the manufacturing environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Plan, document, and execute a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program.
  • Use predictive technologies to preemptively avoid breakdowns.
  • Repair and replace defective parts and components.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machines and facilities.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.
