Job summary

Blueworx is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Shawnee, OK. This hands-on role maintains production equipment, building systems, and facility operations to run safely and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical issues, read blueprints and ladder logic, support installations, and uphold OSHA safety standards. 3–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or technical training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC electrical code, arc flash, and safety practices.
• Robotics, VFDs, and servo systems knowledge a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various plant environments (heights, confined spaces, noise, heat/cold).
• High school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is hands-on, strong in troubleshooting, and experienced in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
