Job summary

Ateeca Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level facilities technician for our Rio Rancho, NM manufacturing site. You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot building equipment, and perform emergency and preventive maintenance on systems in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and repairing facility and production equipment while adhering to safety guidelines such as lockout/tagout and PPE requirements. Strong refrigeration theory knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing emergency and preventive maintenance on building equipment in a manufacturing environment including clean rooms.
• Knowledge of basic refrigeration theory.

Job description

• Responsible for providing an intermediate level of expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs on the building equipment, fixtures and systems in a manufacturing environment including clean rooms.
• Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tagout procedures and wearing PPE as required.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs all facility and production associated equipment in compliance with all company regulations and standards.
• Performs trouble-shooting techniques on mechanical equipment such as HVAC, pumps, agitators, hydraulic systems, RO/DI purified water systems, compressed air and other gas equipment and distribution systems to determine problems and effect repairs as promptly and efficiently as possible to minimize downtime
• Knowledge of basic refrigeration theory.
