Job summary

Nike Air Manufacturing Innovation in Beaverton, OR, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support extrusion, thermoforming and injection molding equipment.

You will troubleshoot, repair and modify plastics processing systems and work on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components. The role requires 12-hour shifts, willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to read drawings and operate CMMS/SAP for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Technical/Vocational training in industrial maintenance technology and industrial electrical systems.
• 3 years industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Electrical safety, troubleshooting, and repair experience including PLC control systems.
• AC 3‑phase up to 480V and DC electrical systems.
• Read drawings for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on plastics processing equipment across extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding.
• Repair or modifications to production equipment using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings; troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime.
• Utilize CMMS/SAP for work orders, parts, and documentation; coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Work a 12-hour shift schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
