This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports production in meeting quality and efficiency goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines (e.g., Milacron, Arburg, Nissei, JSW, etc.) and auxiliary equipment such as dryers, chillers, thermolators, grinders, and robots.* Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues.* Install, align, and maintain molds, screws, and barrels.* Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and work orders.* Assist in mold changes, machine setups, and process support when needed.* Monitor and troubleshoot equipment alarms, sensors, and safety devices.* Work with production, tooling, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.* Support general plant maintenance, including facility systems, utilities, building up keep, and infrastructure repairs as required.* Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.* Recommend and assist with equipment upgrades, improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.**All Job Posting Locations (Location)**Beaverton**Remote Type**On-Site**EEO Statement**Boyd Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
